While preparing a carrot cake, I realized that I had forgotten the crushed pineapple bits that the recipe call for. So, I texted my husband to drop in the store on his way home to pick up some. I waited for over a hour and was beginning to get a little impatient. When he walked in the door, he had a bag full of Pineapple Crush soda ( something I don't even drink) rather than the pineapple that I needed for the cake. I wanted to be annoyed, but we both died laughing. Off to the store he went to get the proper stuff. Here he is, enjoying the carrot cake with a can of drink!   Submitted By: Alma Hayman
