Sharing our heritage
My husband Julien and I are Newfoundlanders by choice. He was born in Quebec and is part French Canadian and part Irish, and I am half Norwegian - my father was born in Norway and I lived in Norway as a child. We chose to live in Newfoundland because Julien loves to hunt, especially moose and I love it because it reminds me so much of Norway. We hung the flags to share our heritage with our neighbours.
