Sax-y time!
On our most recent stay back home in Grand Falls-Windsor, my family and I were all enjoying a piece of Nan's partridgeberry pie for the evening's dessert after supper. It was then my Dad spoke up and said that he and his wife (my step-mom) were going to into the next room to practice sex and if there were any odd sounds coming from behind the door to pay no mind because they were in there practicing sex. I looked at my wife in shock and then at Dad and then back at my wife, still in shock at his candid revelation ESPECIALLY with Nan, maker of the aforementioned pie, sitting right there at the table. I said, "Pardon me?!? Too much information, Dad!" Turns out, due to some cutlery clattering or maybe an extra loud slurp of tea, I misheard him and he actually said they were going to practice SAX because they both play saxophone in the town's jazz band.
