I would love to introduce you to my two beautiful Lab girls.

Ridgey, the young lady on the left was a classy lady. She had spent a year being trained to be working with a child with autism. Ridgey failed the test as she would bark in certain situations. At the age of one, she came to join my husband Gary, myself and our blond Lab Peaches. Peaches was quite the opposite of Ridgey. She loved to stop and smell the flowers. She would eat any that were blue. Peaches accepted Ridgey into our family with pure love. Often we would find them napping on the upstairs landing, Ridgey's head placed upon Peaches' back.

I remember days after Gary was killed in an automobile accident, the girls heard me crying. I can still hear them rushing down the stairs to comfort me. They were wonderful, caring dogs. On March 27th of 2011 my Peachy girl had to be put to sleep. She was only eight years old. I miss her saying "hello" and "I love you." It was May 31st of 2017 I said goodbye to Ridgey. My heart aches for my Gary and my beautiful Labrador Girls.
They were the best!
