Andrea, I looked at your muffin recipe on page 93 [April 2025] and got hungry so I whipped up a batch. The quantities and cooking time were bang on and the muffins are glorious. I didn't have the creamed corn as that isn't a standard item in our pantry so I used a 341 ml can of niblets, including the can water, and added a quarter cup of 5% half and half. I doubt that I've had a better corn/cheddar muffin.

Thanks for all the other great recipes, too.
