Had a really nice conversation with a lovely lady who took my 2016 renewal order over the phone. She made sure I received my 2015 December issue + 2016 Calendar, cookbook just in time for Christmas. She understood how much receiving the Christmas issue meant to me and how disappointed I would have been not to. <br /> <br /> I love how my address was hand written on the envelope too-feels more personal.
