I was honoured to read my poem at the Zellers Hillcrest Mall in Richmond Hill, Ontario on November 11 at 10:55 a.m., then followed at the tick of the clock, the 11th hour, by two minutes of silence in respect of our veterans and Canadian troops. We will never forget them.

There was complete silence as the employees and customers stood to a standstill with heads bowed. There was only the cry of a small child in the background.   Submitted By: Frank Blackwood
