My husband and I like to travel and have been "far and wide." However, we had not been to Newfoundland until four years ago. Have been back once again, two years ago, and, next to Hawaii, it is my favourite place to visit. We found the people in Newfoundland very friendly. We loved the scenery, the food, the entertainment, etc.
The musical group, "Buddy Whatsisname and the Other Fellers" did a show here in Pugwash a few years ago. We loved them. They had lunch here at our home the next day and we were thrilled to get to know them.
