On June 6th 2009, Highland Creek Farm's 2 year old Newfoundland Pony, Lady, participated in a demonstration horse show in Lindsay, Ontario. The first annual "All About Horses" show had a variety of demonstrations on various breeds and horse-related topics. Lady was proud to show off her wonderful personality and inform listeners of her breed's declining situation. Participants and attendees of the show were all questions and many visited the Newfoundland Pony booth for information about these wonderful ponies! Jan and John Scanlan, owners of Highland Creek Farm, were proud to represent the Newfoundland Pony as a great start to this annual event.
