This picture is of my mother's family, and was taken in 1931. As you are well aware, there weren't very many family pictures taken at that point in time. My grandparents, Daniel and Jane Pomeroy, lived in Great Paradise, Placentia Bay. Back Row: Stella, Jane (my grandmother) 2nd Row: Madge, Daniel (my grandfather) with Charlotte in his arms, Kitty, Lizzie Byrne (96) with her arms around Jim (80) and Rosella (my mother, 78).
