Little angel, you were taken away much too soon

There was so much you didn’t get a chance to see and so many moons

I hadn’t even gotten the chance to really get to know you yet

I regret not seeing you more and the thought of this makes me fret

I wanted to be that cool Godmother you called when you needed advice

And I wanted to tell you how beautiful you are and how nice

You were the delight of your entire family and they will struggle

They’re going through ups and downs, their emotions they will juggle

It will make them feel better and happy to know that you’re looking down from above

Hearing them talk to you and they can surely feel your love

We will always remember and never ever forget not only your smile

But what a special little girl you are and we’ll all be with you in a while.
