Photo, March 2020 Issue
I am writing with regards to a reminiscing flashback photo that appeared in your March 2020 issue.
The photo on page 112 shows a group of people on the steps of the Glynmill Inn in Corner Brook in 1924. The person submitting the photo asked readers to identify persons in the photo.
The gentleman in the centre of the photo in the grey 3-piece suit, standing almost by himself is Harry Anderson. He was an accountant with Armstrong Whitfield, the original owners of the mill. He was also my grandfather.
Cheers,
Stephen Anderson
PS: I just saw the photo today while looking through the magazine while waiting for servicing on my car!
