I wanted to thank you for the easy-to-follow recipe included in last month's edition of Downhome. I've never baked bread before, but the recipe seemed easy, so I thought I'd give it a shot. The two loaves turned out wonderfully and received rave reviews from my family. Here is a shot of the final product. Thanks again, and keep up the good work with the magazine. I've been a subscriber now for four years, and the information brings "home" a little closer to Calgary.
