During my many trips to "the Rock" I have frequently been amazed and in awe of the many "mother-in-law doors" in many Newfoundland residences. To my surprise I found one closer to my home, this one being in downtown Penticton, BC. I did not try to find out the reason for missing stairs, I felt it better to leave it up to the imagination that it was probably a transported Newfoundlander living there.   Submitted By: John Morrow
