The man of all meaning cried out from the cross
An echoing question of why he is lost.
The doubt of his purpose - the fears as he died.
A shadow of doom and despair while some cried.
The advent not ended, their time just begun
The sage has arisen from tomb as the Son

While man he was learning and imparting his views
To those who would hear him - the enlightened can't lose.
A faith is not found in the text of a book
The soul is within you so that's where to look.
For the ranks of all faiths a new page was turned
Through a rebirth of a spirit a God's way was learned.

As his lessons were questions a process is there
The answers are many - the truth is so bare.
To listen and learn, that to seek you will find
A meaning for living - lays more in the soul - and more in the mind
Your God from within becomes God of all time.
Your deeds and your actions compounded on thought
In stone lies inscribed for all time not to change.
