My in-laws, Marge and Dave Roach of Coley's Point, NL travel quite often in their motorhome, both across Canada and south of the border. A few years ago, when re-entering Canada from the USA, their motorhome was selected for a random search by customs. While looking in and around the motorhome , the custom's agent asked Mr. Roach if he purchased any pepper spray while in the U.S., to which my father-in-law answered, after a slight hesitation:
"No..., but I bought a big machine of garlic salt though!
I bet that custom's agent is still laughing!
