Hi, Ron, Just to let you know that most Newfies who have moved to other parts of the world still have Newfoundland at heart: A photo of a birthday cake that was for three wonderful people; my sister-in-law, 80-year-old Louise Hagan (Domalian), originally from Brent's Cove (shown on the map on the cake); Gerard Hogan, 70 years old, from Northern Bay; and his 50-year-old daughter, Margaret. What a beautiful decoration that cake made. It was a very hot day, but everybody took advantage of Sherrie's pool to cool off. Food was great, as were the drinks. Highlight of the party was a Newfie quiz, with our team winning with 9 out of 19 right answers. Prize? What else - a bottle of Screech.
