A beautiful picture of our Newfoundland soldiers. Here they stand in front of a Mobile Repair Unit, in front of the Queen's Palace in Kabul, Afghanistan. These men and women are on another six-month rotation of peacekeeping. They ought to be commended for what they do and recognized in some small way. They will not be returning to their homes until August 2005 and it is a long and thankless six months. Here are eleven of our own!! Standing from left to right are:
