Newfie Egg
This picture was taken by my brother Harry Mercer of Blaketown. He was frying fish one evening and dipping it in egg and then flour. When he was done he thought it wasteful to throw away the egg that was left so he threw it in the frying pan. In between watching the evening news he ran to flip over the egg and when he did, this is what it looked like. You would think it was artwork, but it's nothing more than flipping an egg.
