I have a vision of Nanny having a big huge boiler on the stove

To the blood she added all kinds of spices and maybe even cloves

She’d be stirring it for hours with the minced onions and suet

With a bandana on her head she’d add everything needed to it

I couldn’t wait until suppertime to have a slice

To have it with a fried egg and ketchup is some nice

Even though I did see how Black/Blood pudding is made
