"my home by the sea this magical place where i was born, that is surrounded by the sea. so far away in time and space, is my stolen serindipity. i hear sounds of words humming low, begging me to give them life. to speak praises of those i knew, whom carried smiles of praise in rife. they speak softly of summer winds, that carry stories of the sea. touch my heart and soul combined, and envelope every part of me. my childhood eyes that once were blind, have now found light to see. i find new coves and treasures bound, that were buried in my memories. i would not wish to know my fate, or where this life would carry me. but the little isle of newfoundland, is where my heart will always be.
