Mummers had fun at the annual Newfie Picnic held in Lisbon, Maine at the home of Steve and Daphne Izer in July. They danced a few jigs and entertained the crowd. It was almost like being back home with fish and brewis, peas pudding, caplin, cod tongues, pea soup, toutons and lassie and you name it! For the first time we had a great band called the SquidJiggers and dance we did to the tune of "We'll Rant and We'll Roar," plus many more favourites.
