A picture of Laurie Simms & his brother Scott Simms. Laurie is now 81 years old, and his brother, 79. Laurie knows that this picture was taken in Twillingate, NL, and he was about eight years old, and his brother about six years old. He would like to know if any of your readers could tell him where in Twillingate and what occasion they were wearing those medals for. If anyone knows, please call (709) 786-6365 and ask for Hazel.   Submitted By: NULL
