It seems Perry Collins has been at it again. In last December's issue we featured a unique cannon he and his friend Ray created from a cement water pipe and wheels from an old sawmill. This year the Gambo, Newfoundland, resident kept himself busy constructing a three-piece band along with a flag man to stand beside his cannon. According to Corrina Collins, who sent us in this photo, everybody’s been talking about them and stopping to take photographs.
