Love Is Free
Love in all its splendour
Given so freely by God -
In hopes that all His creation
Would use it - enjoy it - and thrive.
A friendly word from a stranger
The kind, smiling face of a child -
All of these loving expressions
Show that love is not meant to hide.
The wealth of all our nations
Riches and treasures not found -
None can buy love or its glory
For love must be freely passed around.
Caring acts of each family member
The bond between husband and wife -
These make the world most precious
And add meaning to all of our lives.
Love on this day of marriage
As bride and groom stand free -
Expressing hopes of future life
So better form of love could be.
So take love and use it wisely
Cherish it and lend it to friends -
And at the end of life's happy journey
There'll be no need to make amends.
