This is a photo taken between 1879 and 1910 by S.H. Parsons of 310 Water Street in St. John's. y 1913 it had become S.H. Parsons and Sons. I believe one of the gentlemen in the photo is my great grandfather William Murphy who I believe resided on Waterford Bridge Rd. That is the address for my grandfather Michael when he enlisted in the Newfoundland Regiment in 1914. My great grandfather was a sailor by trade. I was wondering if anybody in St. John's might have a similar photo in their possession and thus confirm my belief of who may be in the picture.
