This is my son Colby Buckle. He is four and a half years old. We moved to Regina, Saskatchewan almost three years ago when Colby was two. He was never able to catch a fish on his trips back to Glovertown,NL to see Nanny and Poppy ORAM. I took him on his first fishing trip with a friend of mine from work. We tried the fishing in Echo Lake near Regina. We set up a little ice fishing rod to give Colby and keep him occupied while the "good" fisherman tried their luck. Needless to say, he caught the first two fish(Waleye)...of only three caught... and it was reeled in by himself I might add. He was quite pround of himself and to be able to call Nanny and Poppy and tell them about his big fishing trip. My friend made the comment after Colby caught his two fish...."Thats why there are no fish left, because you newfies catch them all"   Submitted By: Andrew Buckle
