Leo J. Norman was born November 23, 1914, in Long Harbour Newfoundland. He enlisted in Royal Navy WWll July 29th, 1940, service number LT/JX216764. He went overseas with the 10th Naval Draft and sailed the Atlantic Ocean, subhunting and minesweeping through the Strait of Gibraltar to Italy, Sicily and Algiers and Africa. He was discharged April 28th, 1946. Leo Norman passed away Oct 22, 1998.   Submitted By: NULL
