Our six-year-old granddaughter, Kylee Glavine, lives in Calgary and has never been exposed to a woodstove. While she was visiting at Christmas time, she was infatuated by the glass in the door of the stove and she would watch the flames flickering.
One day the flames had died down, and Kylee went running to her grandfather saying, "Poppy, your stove is not working. There's no fire coming from the wood!'
That was Kylee's take on the woodstove and a fire indoors!
Quite a laugh for all of us!
