Dear Downhome, I must write again to say how precious these stories of Nfld are and so filled with lots of information. I saw the picture on page 113 regarding picking berries - how I do remember stopping over to pick blueberries on Tilton barrens. Because of that we used them to buy our school books and that's why many Newfoundlanders got good work and became teachers, nurses, etc. Then on page 109 the story about Lime Street.
