John Randell’s House, Port Rexton, 1795
This house was built in 1795 in Port Rexton, Trinity Bay, Newfoundland for John Randell of Symondsbury, Dorset, England, and his wife Patience (nee Philips) of Kearley's Harbour. John and Patience Randell are my husband's (Robert Snow) third great-grandparents.The house was passed down through the family until it was sold in 1967. It is now under heritage preservation. It's amazing what you find while doing your family tree. Submitted By: Cindy Snow
