Honesty At its Best
I was visiting a friend in Wood Point, Bonne Bay, 2005. Some families plant vegetables for their own use, and sell the excess. Passing by, I saw a box by the road, with "For sale" marked on it, so I stopped. In the box were some vegetables, with a note attached: "Please leave money in envelope." I laughed, and said to myself, "It won't work. Someone will take it all." Coming back one hour later, I stopped again. The vegetables were gone, and the money was in the envelope, with a two dollar tip. Only in Woody Point. Submitted By: NULL
