Home will touch a heart, there’s always peace of mind,

Home is such a word of comfort, a haven you can go,

Home is always welcoming when wagging tails meet you,
Home is sharing moments together old and new.

Home is where you hear the words, daddy, I love you,
Home is mother baking cookies; there’s chocolate chips to do.

Home will always give advice to guide you on your way,
Home is where your friends show up each and every day.

Home will always lift you up when things in life go wrong,
Home is where you lay your head, that’s where you belong.

Home is not forgotten when sons or daughters leave,
Home is warm, inviting, that’s what I believe.
