Henry Carew and Unknown
A picture of my father Henry Carew in the Sanatorium in St. John's when he had TB. I don't know who the man is with him. Maybe someone might know.
Looks like they are enjoying a game of cards, something to pass the time. My father spent a lot of time in the hospital, sometimes as long as 12 or 13 months at a time.
He had nine children and none of us got TB. Thank God for that.
