My grandmother, Beryl Moore, was born in 1898 in St. Anthony, NL - her family ran a general merchant store called J&F Moore. She married my grandfather, Alexander Netten, in 1929. Many years after her death, I discovered this photo in an old locket of Granny's. Because she married at the relatively advanced age of 31, I'm wondering if this is an earlier beau.
