On May 3rd my 16 month old grandson Logan Beck had to flee the fire in Fort McMurray with his mom and dad. After spending a week in Edmonton Logan, Mom and Dad headed back to St.Lawrence, NL where his Mom and Dad are originally from. He has spent weeks enjoying his visit to St.Lawrence. My daughter tells me that he doesn't even want to come in for bedtime. Lol. As you will see in this photo he is amazed with the crab. He has also been at the fish plant for a ride on a forklift, has been in the St.Lawrence Fire truck, has gotten rides in a wheelbarrow quading and even went trouting. Oh the joys of growing up in Newfoundland. It is the best place. Logan may have been born in Alberta but I think his heart belongs to Newfoundland now. There will be many more trips there for this little boy but hopefully it won't be under the conditions he had to leave on this trip.   Submitted By: Lynette Loder
