This photo was taken October 14, 2012 at Serpentine Lake. When I woke up early Sunday morning to put on Jiggs’ dinner, I could not believe the snow that was down. So I thought about making a snowman for our little man. This is baby Kaleb. He is two months old and was home for a visit from Fort McMurray. This was his first camping trip and of course his first snowman. (His aunt Kim made it for him.) Kaleb’s proud parents are Michelle Hutchings and Mark Griffith.

The Downhomer has been a big part of our family for years because it captures so many interesting stories and always good for a laugh or two. We would be so proud to have baby Kaleb’s story published in the Downhomer.
