Arthur Bliss Smith &amp; The Early Electrification of Newfoundland<br /> <br /> Arthur Bliss Smith, A.I.E.E. ( 1880-1946) of Brigus and St. Johns, a graduate in Electrical Engineering, played a prominent role in the early electrification of Newfoundland.
