"when i was taking a driving i rounded the corner of a turn, just to come face to face with the reae end of a parked brinks truck. my driving instructor whose phone had just went off was unaware of the events that were happening. i looked to my left there was a car there so i couldn't swerve, well i saod to my self as i tried to hit the brakes-notice i said tried. the new sneakers i had bought the day before were velcroed to the carpet. everytime i tried to pull them off i would hit the gas. the instructor by this time had dropped the phone and was now yelling at me to brake all the while he his hitting his own brake. i finally managed to brake at the same time that we hit the truck. the instructor is yelling at me what were you thinking park up here i will drive back. i'm near tears by this time. as i get out to go to the passengers side,while the instructor has gone to talk to the driver of the brinks truck,i look as the brinks drver and start to laugh it was my husband's close friend. he was on the verge of hyterics. later that night he phones to tease me. by the way there was no damage to the instructors car and just a scratch on the brinks truck. well i had had a drving permit for 17 years and that day i felt as if it may be another 17 years before i would get aboard a vehicle again. i did get my liscence 2 months later and take comfort in the fact that the only thing out there harder to hit would be a tank."   Submitted By: NULL
