Driven Batty
Bats in the attic,
which are normally static,
flew ‘round the cabin,
when they were disturbed;
An unnerving occurrence,
that tests one’s forbearance,
having had that experience,
leaves one perturbed.
These black flying objects,
might as well have been bobcats,
for the trauma they caused,
terrorizing our home;
Though they’re awesome fly-eaters,
these, night-preying, creatures,
are not recommended,
when you’re home alone.
