This was taken in April 2013.  We were down in the Dominican on the island of Samana for the beautiful wedding of Darnell and Ashley Gibson. Ashley, the bride, is holding the Downhomer. It's very hard to see because there was such a big crowd, hopefully you can zoom in on it.
On the morning we were leaving, after a week's stay, it poured. One of the natives said it was because the Newfoundlanders were leaving that the heavens were crying. :) They love Newfoundlanders there! I guess they do everywhere!
