Downhome is Being Near Family
I recently transferred back home from the NWT to NL with the RCMP for familial reasons and to be back on home soil. This picture was taken in Joe Batt's Arm in my grandparents' house, and it sums up the importance of family and being home near loved ones. I took this picture and it shows my grandmother holding my baby girl and her great-granddaughter, Irelynn Jane. All the while my grandfather looks on, awaiting his turn with a soft and excited heart. This pic could not have been obtained if living away from home and the heartfelt feeling of extended love would have never been captured. There's no place like home. Submitted By: NULL
