This is a picture of grandnephew, Chris. My family in NL (son and daughter-in-law and three grandchildren) bought this t-shirt and took it with them to Denmark this summer. As you can see, Chris really liked it. Chris works in a daycare, where they really try hard to teach the kids to speak ‘properly’! Needless to say, he was not wearing this t-shirt to work.

We all met up in Denmark (where I’m from) where my daughter-in-law, Lisa Andersen Jones was competing in Ironman Copenhagen – she completed the race in 12 hours and 35 minutes. We are all proud of her.

I have been reading Downhome for years, and love it. I will be moving to NL in 2024, so see you next year!
