"my husband was driving with our son and one of our daughters one day when a deer leaped out in front of them resulting in a collision. everyone in the vehicle was fine but the deer didn't fair so well. our daughter was especially upset and this prompted great discussion as to what would happen with the deer now. my husband gently explained to our daughter, while wiping her tears, that the deer would be in 'deer heaven' now and it would be fine. life moved on and some time later, my daughter was riding her bike when she raced out past the trees of our driveway onto the road. my husband ran to catch her. he sat her down on the lawn and told her ""you can't race out onto the road like that. cars can't see you until it's too late and you might get hit. do you know what would happen then?"" she looked at him with her big brown eyes and said ""i'd go to 'deer heaven'?"""   Submitted By: NULL
