Looking for information: My father, C. Clayton Parsons, far left, joined the Newfoundland Constabulary Police force in the late 30s. Looking for the names of the two other members. Can anyone shed some information about the inverted (turned inside out) creases in the uniform pants? Photo taken at Fort Townsend around 1936. Submitted By: NULL
