Crab Boat Climb
Esther Slaney-Brown of St. John’s finally convinced her brother Kevin Slaney to take her out on his crab boat the summer of 2002. She spent twenty-four hours on the vessel watching as the crew hauled up pot after pot of crabs. At one point crew member Gerrard Barron climbed on top of a seven-foot-tall stack of pots to push them down as the boat rolled back and forth. Submitted By: NULL
