Cornick Family Pocket Watch<br /> <br /> This old Waltham pocket watch originally belonged to my Great Great Grandfather, Frederick Cornick, of St John's and originally from Bridport, Dorset, England. I inherited it from my father, Cyril Cornick, just before he died in May 1993. It has an interesting history. In the late 1800s it was accidentally lost down a catch pit outside a store operated by my Great Grandfather Frederick Charles Cornick on Freshwater Road in St. John's.
