A picture of our granddaughter, Alexandria Combden (Edmonton, AB), and our grandson, AJ Lynch (Orangeville, ON). Both of our grandchildren were visiting this summer, August 2007, and had the opportunity to go trouting. AJ's dad (who is our son Aiden) took both children to his favourite childhood brook for a touch of Newfoundland outdoors. Both children loved it, and even though it was not the first time fishing for either of the children it was their first time experiencing it together on Fogo Island. Alexandria caught the first trout. They both loved it.
