Oh how I loved and miss having these
Thinking about them is just a tease
They were served at weddings back in the day
Putting them together was quite the display
They’re still made and sold for charity affairs
Doesn’t matter how much they cost, we don’t care
The mustard and beet potato salad sure you knows
Rolled ham, turkey or roast beef, anything goes
A little bit of lettuce with sliced tomato on top
Sometimes nice with jelly fruit salad but just a drop
It’s nice ended off with a nice cup of tea
And a nice little pudding but coffee for me
