I will be turning 89 next week and recently I was able to buy a pound of frozen cod tongues and was hoping to enjoy them on my birthday and get a true Newfoundland way of preparing and cooking them. I read your recipes in the Downhome magazine each month but I can't remember seeing a recipe for them in past issues. Do I bake them, broil them or fry them? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
